Training is presented in an intense fast paced one day environment. Post class follow up e-training is continued and reinforced for 1 year for all attendees. Who Should Attend?

Attendees should include project or team leaders, executives, supervisors, managers, union leaders, and program managers for Group 1 Training. A separate group course for the workers, staff, labor and anyone who wants to be more successful in working with others is Group 2 Training. In smaller companies or organizations where the lines between management and staff are less distinct, an all inclusive Group 3 Training class has been designed. Group 3 Training is also applicable to schools, social groups and clubs, many local, state, and federal organizations.
